No Animal Testing Policy
"No Leyden House product or ingredient of any Leyden House product, has ever been tested on animals by Leyden House since its foundation-nor will there ever be a case to do so. Furthermore, we do not use the services of any other research establishment to conduct animal testing on our behalf, either on a product or any product ingredient.

Product Guarantee & Returns
Leyden House prides itself on the quality of all our products, and guarantees everything we sell! Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on essential oils or other perishable items unless they are returned unopened and within 15 days. Credit may be given. Diffusers and other mechanical products may be returned.
If you receive a defective item, please send us an email within 5 days of receiving it with "Return" in the subject line, the item purchased & the nature of the defect, and a phone number where you may be reached. Returned products must be complete and in the original packaging.
Sales Tax
We charge a sales tax to orders shipped within Massachusetts.
Shipping
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Shipping is via UPS Ground.

Shipping to a Different Address
If you wish your purchase to be shipped to a different address, please type in the address in the "Ship To" section. Despite efforts to pack your order carefully, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit, nor do we make damage claims for you. We strongly recommend that you always check your shipment before accepting it.
1) Always inspect your shipment for any damage in transit before signing for delivery.
2) If damage has occurred, notify the carrier and Leyden House Limited immediately. Save all packages for inspection.
