Aroma: Fresh, green, clean and clear scent.

Extraction: steam distillation from the needles of the Canadian Balsam tree.

Benefits: Used by Native Americans to treat superficial burns, sores and cuts.

Fir needle's stimulating and warming properties make it ideal for massage oils.  It helps to reduce muscular aches and pains, as well as pain from arthritis.

Blends: Fir needle blends well with citrus oils, cedarwood, frankincense, lavender, and rosemary.
